Arrive in Bangkok, we are met and transferred to the hotel. Later in the afternoon, we proceed to the city pier for a ※Sunset Cruise§ along the Chaophaya River with the Superb Thai International Buffet Dinner. This morning*s sightseeing tour features a boat ride along Bangkok*s famous klongs (canals), exploring the Damnern Saduak Floating Market, known as ※Venice of the East§. After breakfast at hotel, we are transferred to the airport to board a short domestic flight bound for Chiang Mai, a city of great historical interest and noted for its handicraft villages and colorful ethnic hill tribes. Upon arrival, we continue our travel to Doi Suthep Temple to view its amazing pagoda and gardens. Later in the evening, we attend a Lanna Khotoke Dinner Show. Day 6ㄩChiang Mai - Elephant Camp - Thai Handicraft Village - Night Bazaar (B/L/D)

Our sightseeing tour begins with a morning visit to the world famous Elephant Camp where we will see elephants at work in the jungle area. After lunch, our tour continues on to the Thai Handicraft Village. Sankhempeng Silk & Cotton Handweaving Factories, and Borsang, a village famous for its umbrekkas and primitive paper making. Tonight, we can enjoy shopping local Chiang Mai products at the Night Bazaar, then take a leisurely walk back to the hotel. Hotel: Holiday Inn (Formerly Sheraton) or similar |

There are many tribes around Chiang Rai and along the Mae Kok River. Each group speaks its own language and follows animist customs. Upon arrival to Chiang Rai we have a stop to visit the Hill Tribes of Long Neck Karen and Big Earrings. Later we return to the hotel. The rest of the day is free at leisure. Chiang Rai is famed for its scenic views and close proximity to the legendary ※Golden Triangle.§ After a visit to Chiang Saen, a small town and an old capital of the Lanna Kingdom with a million rice fileds, we continue our tour to the world famous Golden Triangle where Thailand, Laos, and Myanmar (Burma) meet the Maekhong River. After breakfast the motorcoach comes and transfers our group to the airport to board the flight bound for Siem Reap, a major city in northern Cambodia. Cambodia is a predominantly Buddhist nation with a population of just over 13 million and is the successor to Khmer Empire. Upon arrival our sightseeing tour starts with a visit to the fortified city of Angkor Thom. Enclosed by a wall and wide moats, Angkor Thom includes many of Angkor*s most popular sights, including South Gate, Terrace of the Elephants, Terrace of the Leper Kings, Baphuon, Royal Enclosure and Phimeanakas. The world famous Bayon Temple is also visited. Before returning to Siem Reap, we watch the sunset over the Cambodian countryside from the upper terraces of an ancient Angkorian temple. The crowning jewel of Khmer architecture, ANGKOR WAT is the national symbol and the highlight of any visit to Cambodia. The largest, best preserved, and most religiously significant of the Angkor temple, Angkor impresses visitors both by its sheer scale and beautifully proportioned layout, as well as the delicate artistry of its carvings. Ta Prohm, one of the most popular attractions of Angkor as much of the jungle has not been cleared and it looks very much as most of the Angkor monuments would have appeared. Banteay Srei is considered to be the jewel of Classical Khmer art. Build in pink sandstone, the walls are covered in exquisitely preserved carvings of unusual delicacy.
