1. Namei Group shall make its best effort to arrange the tour itinerary as accurately as possible, and we reserve the right to make any necessary change or cancellation under certain circumstances that are beyond our control.
2. Should political upheavals, bad weather conditions or the like arise, local agents reserve the right to alter the itinerary as necessary and any additional expense incurred shall be charged to tour members.
3. When the total number of tour members should fall below 10 people, Namei Group reserves the right to cancel the tour without any responsibility.
4. All customers’ passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return date of the tour. We are not responsible when passenger is denied entrance for any reason in a foreign country. All visa fees are non-refundable for any reason and are subject to change.
5. Namei Group reserves the right to exclude passengers as tour members, when such person’s health, mental condition, physical infirmity or general deportment impede the operation of the tour or the rights, welfare or enjoyment of other tour members. Any unused tour feature either on air transportation or on land arrangement is not refundable, exchangeable nor transferable.
6. Our local guides are very happy to assist you with any shopping requirements, but we should take no responsibility for value, reliability, quality or authenticity of any items purchased during tour. Any after sales correspondence must be solved between the customer and the shops.
7. The airlines, bus company, hotels, train company, restaurants, or local travel agency have their own regulations and insurance policies protecting its clients regarding to safety and other issues during the trip. Namei Group is not responsible for any of the above items, and customers should contact related operator directly.
8. We will never disclose any details of any customer about their trip with any third party other than their authorized agent, airlines, hotels, and land and cruise operators.
9. Any reservation, payment and general rules for our tours shall be deemed to consent to these terms and conditions.
1. No refund shall be given for any portions of the tour unused by the passenger on his/her own accord.
2. Since air tickets, accommodations, transportation and meals have to be arranged in advance in peak seasons such as Chinese New Year, Easter, summer vacation, Christmas and New Year, no change including departure date, name, tour, and itinerary is allowed.
